Annual wedding conference - Atlantis - Awesome site for weddings

ATLANTIS IN THE BAHAMAS! We were given the opportunity to have an afternoon free to visit The Atlantis. This spectacular aquatic and architectural resort is a must see. It's known as "the world's largest marine habitatis" and is absolutely perfect for a destination wedding with its lagoons, waterfalls and beautiful beaches. I enjoyed every minute of it! Annual Wedding conference in the Bahamas (continued)

On Thursday, we had the Sandals Certification training and I'm so excited about it, officially this means: Destination weddings in The Bahamas, here I come!

At 7p.m., we had a beautiful gala dinner hosted at Sandals Resort. OMG, the décor was so beautiful, each table had a Martha Stewart theme (see pictures above) and we had a great time! Stay tune for more pictures and details!

Annual Wedding conference in the Bahamas (continued)

On Wednesday, we had a full day of seminars. It was from 8h30 to 5 pm! We had Peter Merry, Andy Ebon, Mary Dann, Wedding Wire, Tom Haibeck and Richard Emmanuel. We covered so many topics from Marketing, Social networks to finding balance as a Wedding Planner and Destination wedding photography, really great materials! After that, we had the wedding fair and book signings where we met some amazing local vendors from the Bahamas, some good references to keep. Stay tune for more pictures and details!

On the second day, we had two amazing seminars. For almost two hours, we had Jung Lee & Josh Brooks from Fete Events, New York City (Wedded to Perfection) who gave us great tips about wedding design.

After, we had the pleasure to hearing and meeting the lifestyle guru and party planner to the stars: COLIN COWIE. He provides some great advice on customer service and he presents some amazing events he's done. He's such a charismatic individual, very down-to-earth individual. What a great day! Bahamas Wedding conference - Welcome Cocktail night

It's all started with a cocktail party at "The Cove" of Atlantis Hotel. We are a group of 150 attendants where you could find a mix of professional wedding planners, photographers, decorators, DJ's from Canada, the US and the Bahamas. It was a fun night and amazing décor with unique pools and double lounges. I can't wait for tomorrow's seminar at the Sheraton Nassau. Stay tune for details and pictures!
