Curacao Marriage license laws:
- Three days residency requirements
- Applicants must be living outside the Netherlands Antilles
- No blood test is required
- Documents cannot be older than 6 months by the time of the wedding
- It takes 2 months to receive a marriage license after requesting one by writing signed by both parties, and having it approved by the civil registration in Curacao. It's important that this letter includes two wedding dates and times.
- A wedding license cost $167
Identification needed for a Curacao Marriage license:
- Valid passport
- Birth certificate
